PASTA

All of our pasta is made with two simple ingredients, Semolina flour and water. Simple ingredients equals great taste.

Our pasta is extruded through bronze dies which give the pasta a rough texture that allows sauces to stick to the pasta for a better flavor. All shapes are available in Traditional, Spinach, Beet, Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Garlic flavor.
